Standing Together Against Discrimination
What Does Racial Ally Mean?
Ally (noun): an individual who works as an advocate for people of color facing racism
Ally (verb): the act of speaking up for oneself or others when facing individual or structural racism
Being a true racial ally isn’t something you declare - it’s something you practice every day through self-reflection, learning, and standing up against injustice. Being a racial ally with One Bexley means acknowledging past harms and taking decisive action against discrimination in our community.
